I keep having dreams about driving. I will be alone in a car driving down the road, when all of the sudden I will notice that there is a cop car up ahead. Then it dawns on me, this entire time I have been sitting in the passenger seat and that no one has been driving the car. I take the seat belt off and try my best to climb over into the drivers seat, and that is when the car begins to loose control. Normally I wake up at this point.

i've had similar dreams but they don't necessarily mean a prophesy is in order. you may just be afraid of loosing control of yourself in a certain situation

I have a very simialr recurring dream where I am in the back seat of a car and suddenly relise there is nobody driving I try to get up front to get controll of the car

Have you tried not reaching up to the invisible driver? See where the car takes you. That would be very interesting.

Izzy, there were one or two times where the dream did not stop when I began to move to the drivers seat and loose control of the car. One time the car crashed very slowly and harmlessly into hay bales that were sort of forming a police barricade.

Allyson W, I wonder if the the car represents you. You discover nobodys driving the car. Do you feel like you're in charge of your life and the path that your on? "this entire time, i have been in the passenger seat". In what parts of your life have you taken a back seat~

To dream that you are a passenger, suggests that you are not in control of your life and are letting others decide for you. To see other passengers signifies, that you are spending too much energy pleasing others. You may feel that others are leeching on you.
