I am being chased through a building by strangers. The entire building is full of narrow hallways and wide staircases but it seems like I can never backtrack to find my way out of the building... it just keeps "regenerating." Once the strangers get close to me I try to scream but I can't, it's like my throat swells up, but just as they are about to close in on me, I'm always able to find a door or new hallway and continue running. The dream always ends when the sun comes up and light starts to fill the building, that's when I wake up.
